Originally from Massachusetts, she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marist University in New York and has dedicated her career to helping athletes bridge the gap between rehab and performance.
Before becoming a physical therapist, Kim coached Division III swimming and diving and has since continued her work as a strength coach, training athletes and active individuals.
She is certified in Dry Needling, certified in Running Gait Analysis, and USA Weightlifting certified, with extensive experience working with baseball players, overhead athletes, and post-surgical return-to-sport rehab including ACL and shoulder reconstructions.
