Expert Postpartum Physical Therapy in Austin, TX

Your body has been through something incredible—now it deserves a real recovery plan. At Athletes' Edge, our postpartum physical therapy in Austin helps active moms rebuild core strength, restore pelvic floor function, and confidently return to running, lifting, and the activities they love.

Postpartum Recovery Is More Than 'Just Rest'

Leaking & Pelvic Pressure

Every sneeze, squat, or run shouldn't come with doubt. Untreated pelvic floor dysfunction limits your training and confidence.

Core Weakness & Diastasis Recti

Deep abdominal weakness needs targeted rehab—not generic ab workouts that can make things worse.

Pain That Won't Go Away

Postpartum low back, hip, and pelvic pain are common but not normal—and without treatment, they tend to worsen over time.

"Absolutely love Athlete’s Edge. I came in because of some severe neck and upper trap pain and within days of my visit the pain was gone. More importantly, I learned so many things I never knew about my body and how to safeguard my body for the future. As a Crossfitter and weight lifter I appreciate their knowledge of all the movements and how to help these improve."

"The epitome of what you think physical therapy should be like. Personal, Tailored, Attentive 1x1 care to help you, BE YOU again! I've gone to many PTs and was always dissatisfied with the attention I was given as I was one of two or even three patients the PT was seeing at the same time. Not here. Here the focus is on you.
Tyler Engalla
"I've enjoyed my experience at Athlete's Edge - it's the place to go if you want the full athlete approach.  The team has an endless pool of exercises and help keep you motivated. I also really* appreciate they do dry needling on me as I need it - and I need it often."
Mia Cheeseman
"I went to multiple physical therapy places before coming here. This is by far the best and most welcoming pt place of all time. I had a struggle with finding therapists that knew how to treat baseball players and my specific injury. Dr. Traxler improved my arm drastically and we always had a fun time in the process. 5 STARS"
Jackson Hamilton
"Justin Traxler has been incredible. He is not only highly knowledgeable, but he was highly invested in my condition and thoroughly researched, consulted colleagues, and even spoke with my orthopedic doctor multiple times before and after appointments. I can't recommend Justin enough. I am a sports professional so I've seen a lot of PTs and this clinic is above the rest."
